Valerie is the Executive Assistant to Senior Pastor Aaron Cowart. She has been attending Live Oak for over 20 years. Valerie brought with her years of experience in management, the legal field, public service, and childcare when she joined the Live Oak staff. She is a devoted wife to her husband, DJ, and a loving mother to their two children, MJ and Lainee.
Outside of office hours, Valerie devotes her time serving alongside First Lady in the women’s ministry, volunteering during women’s events at Live Oak, and assisting Pastor Luke to help make VBS a success during the summer. Valerie is a detail-oriented, adaptable, and caring member of the Live Oak staff, and we are grateful to have her.
